Over nearly two decades in early childhood education, Diane Wilkinson has worked at every level of the field: as an in-home child care provider, a center-based nonprofit director, and as an early learning expert embedded in multiple Oregon school districts, partnering with principals and superintendents to help K-12 leadership understand what best practice actually looks like for three-five year olds and their families.

That range of experience is not incidental, it's the foundation of everything she offers. Diane doesn't consult from a distance. She brings firsthand knowledge of what it feels like to be underpaid, underestimated, and still showing up every day for children and families.
